1. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders is up to thirty days from the date the order is confirmed.

2. Right to Return

Customers have the right to return a purchased product within fourteen days from the date of delivery, without having to provide a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and undamaged;
Be in the same condition in which it was received;
Be returned in its original packaging, where applicable;
Include all parts, accessories, and items originally supplied with the product.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email and provide:

Your full name;
Order number;
The product you wish to return;
The reason for the return, if you wish to provide one.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged upon delivery, or different from the product ordered.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been delivered back to us and inspected.

Once we confirm that the returned product meets our return conditions, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, we may request your bank account details (IBAN) in order to process the refund.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and its packaging.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain types of products where exceptions are provided by applicable law, including personalized or custom-made products and certain goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
